I don’t know about all of you, but I am obsessed with caramel anything and I absolutely LOVE popcorn! I mixed the two, added a little Christmas flare and created the yummiest Christmas treat!
You will need:
A box of popcorn
Bag of caramel
Christmas sprinkles
1/4 cup of milk
Start by unwrapping about 10 pieces of the caramel and putting them into a saucepan. Add in the milk and set to low to medium heat. Consistently stirring because you don’t want the caramel to stick.
Put the popcorn into the microwave and cook to your microwave settings.
Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and lay out a thin layer of popcorn.
Drizzle the caramel all over with a spoon. Apply another layer of popcorn and drizzle more caramel over the top. Add sprinkles for a festive flare!
Pour into a bowl and enjoy while watching Christmas movies! Or place into individual bags, wrap with a big red ribbon and you have a sweet gift!
