While I do typically wear this to the gym, we can all agree that athleisure is so cute for running errands, getting coffee w friends- you catch my drift. This Adidas tank gives off a vintage vibe that I love and these tennis shoes are the comfiest I’ve ever owned! You need them in your life!
On to the real reason y’all are here- the sweet potato fry nacho recipe! 😋
I’m always trying to find healthier options for my favorite junk food. I haven’t made these nachos in so long, but they are so so yummy!
You will need:
• A bag of sweet potato waffle fries
• A can of black beans
• Your favorite salsa
• An avocado
• A bag of shredded Mexican cheese
• fresh jalapeño (optional)
1. Start by cooking the sweet potato fries as directed on the bag. Then remove from oven.
2. Add black beans and cheese. You can add a protein of your choice too – shredded chicken or steak.
3. Put back in oven until cheese is melted.
4. Once the cheese is melted, remove from oven and top with salsa, avocado and jalapeño.
And that’s it! I love how colorful it is! It is so dang easy and so so good! Enjoy!
