Y’all I have officially made THE softest, yummiest, melt in your mouth cookie! It would be perfect to bring to your Holiday gatherings and a must to add to your cookie tin deliveries. It is also dairy-free! Christmas is in 35 days and I am in full holiday mode! I’ve been putting up little decorations here and there, but tonight we are going to decorate our new flocked tree! I’ll share all of our Christmas decor in a post next week!
Anywho, on to the recipe! Okay, so its super simple and you only need 4 ingredients.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
1 box of yellow cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup of vegetable oil
1 bag of chocolate chips (set aside 1/4 of bag for top of cookies)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Dump all ingredients into KitchenAid mixer! If you don’t have one, you can easily just blend it all in a bowl with a hand mixer.
- Place 1 inch balls on greased cookie sheet.
- Press in a bunch of chocolate chips to each cookie to make them real chocolatey.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10 mins.
- Let cool and enjoy!
